Climb For Animals Eggs Speed Training Guide

The confirmed ways to earn Speed in Climb For Animals Eggs: treadmill training, the +10K like-and-group bonus, training-rate upgrades, and the rebirth reset.

Speed in Climb For Animals Eggs comes from two confirmed sources: training on the treadmill, and a one-time grant for liking the game and joining its group. The game's own how-to-play lists "Train on the treadmill to gain Speed" as a core activity, right alongside climbing, hatching eggs and expanding your base — and it states plainly: "Like the game and join the group to get +10K Speed!"

In practice that means: walk to the treadmill the game places in the world, run on it, and watch your Speed counter climb. Claim the like-and-group bonus once for a flat +10,000. Everything else — upgrades and rebirth — changes how fast you train or resets what you have built.

What Speed training changes

Training raises a persistent Speed stat shown as a number on screen. It is not a temporary effect: recorded sessions show the counter holding and growing between activities, and players treat the total as their ticket higher up the tower. One player says outright that once he passed 100,000 Speed, he could travel much farther; another's climb visibly speeds up as his counter passes 2 million.

Don't confuse training with timed event buffs labeled "speed boost" or "speed x25". Those make you move faster for a moment, and it is not clear from recorded play whether they permanently raise the Speed stat at all. Treadmill training is the dependable source.

How to train Speed, step by step

  1. Find the treadmill. It is step two of the game's intended first-session loop — climb to a new area, then train Speed — so it sits on the path every new player walks. No unlock quest or purchase is documented for basic training.
  2. Stay on it and run. The instruction is simply to stand where the game puts the treadmill and train; players even run in place while waiting on other things, and the counter still moves.
  3. Watch the Speed counter rise. That on-screen number climbing is your success check — in one recorded session it went from 4,000 to 10,000 during treadmill practice, then kept passing 12,000, 13,000, 14,000 and 15,000 as training continued.
  4. Claim the flat +10K once. Like the game and join the 100% GRIND group. The official description states this gives +10K Speed, and it is a direct grant, not a redeem code — codes, where they exist, are tracked separately on the Codes page.

Upgrades that make every session worth more

Cash does not buy Speed directly as far as recorded play shows — it buys things that make training convert into Speed faster. Three kinds are documented:

UpgradeWhat it changesSeen in recorded play
"2x faster training" shop itemTraining converts into Speed at double the rate, per its labelStocked in a shop alongside "2x faster hatching" and "15x money"
Running-loop levelsHigher training rate per levelLevel 5 revealed an ice variant, level 8 a chemical variant; a further tier showed a price around 10T

These costs are single-session observations, and the curve is steep — the same sessions show cheap early purchases and tiers priced far beyond a casual budget. No official price list or training rate has been published, so treat upgrades as "grab when affordable," not scheduled purchases.

Tracking your gains

Speed is displayed as a plain number, and that is your progress bar. Across recorded sessions, players' counters have run from 400 up through the thousands, past 105,000 and 300,000, and on to 2 million. What no one has published is a Speed-per-second rate: the recordings show the counter rising, not an exact conversion, and purchased upgrades blur which bump came from where. Judge progress by the counter crossing milestones — 10,000, 100,000, a million — rather than by any per-hour figure.

When higher Speed pays off — and when it resets

Bigger Speed totals translate into farther climbs, which is the whole point: reaching new areas, their eggs and their cash. Training in short sessions between climbs keeps that number moving toward the next milestone, such as the next area waiting above you.

One warning before you push too far: rebirth wipes accumulated Speed. In one recorded rebirth, a player who had been at about 300,000 Speed found the stat fully zeroed while his 30 million Cash stayed intact — and another creator weighs the same trade-off, noting "if I rebirth, I have to farm speed again." That reset is what makes the treadmill the repeatable Speed route: every rebirth sends you back to it. Check the when to rebirth guide before pressing the button.

Train between climbs, watch the counter, and aim at your next area unlock.
