Climb For Animals Eggs Beginner Guide: Your First Session

A first-session path through Climb For Animals Eggs: climb, train Speed, hatch your first egg, place the animal and start earning Cash.

Climb For Animals Eggs is a free climb-and-collect Roblox game by the group 100% GRIND, and its core loop is short enough to finish in your very first session: climb to reach a new area, train Speed on the treadmill, find and hatch an egg, then place the animal at your base so it earns Cash for you — even while you're offline. This guide walks you through one complete pass of that loop in the order the developer itself lays out, ending with money coming in and a clear idea of what to chase next. Where a detail comes only from gameplay footage rather than official text, the guide says so.

Learn the three landmarks first

Before you do anything, know what you're looking for. Three places matter in the early game, and each does a different job:

  • The climb is the route up the mountain. Climbing higher reaches new areas — the tagline promises new biomes but doesn't name them, so treat each new area as a discovery rather than a checklist item. Our climbing guide covers the skill in depth.
  • The treadmill is where Speed comes from. Speed is the stat the whole game is built around: the more you have, the farther up you can push before a climb stalls. Stand where the game puts the treadmill and let it run — no published rate tells you how fast it builds, so just make treadmill time a habit. The speed training guide goes deeper.
  • Your base is where hatched animals are placed to earn Cash. Space is limited: in the gameplay videos we checked, the small starting bases filled up after just a handful of animals.

Your first session, step by step

  1. Climb to a new area. Find the climb route and go up. For this first pass the distance doesn't matter — the goal is simply to complete the movement the game is named for.
  2. Train on the treadmill. Hop on and build Speed. This is also where you'll return between climbs for the rest of the game.
  3. Go back up and grab an egg. The official line is simply "find and hatch Eggs." In gameplay footage, eggs sit out in the open along the climb, often at animal homes — one player takes an egg from a dog-like animal's house, another from a kangaroo's. Walk up to an egg and take it. Our egg locations page maps what's known about where eggs turn up.
  4. Jump down and place it at your base. Both recorded players leap from the height straight back to their own base and set the egg down there. If you're unsure about the placement step itself, see how to place animals.
  5. Use the countdown — don't just watch it. A placed egg shows an on-screen countdown before it's ready. The waits observed across the footage ranged from roughly 30–40 seconds to about two minutes, and no rule is published for why they differ, so watch your egg's own timer instead of planning around a fixed number. Both players in that footage spent the wait on the treadmill, turning dead time into Speed. More on the mechanics is in how to hatch eggs.
  6. Open the egg and meet your first earner. The first hatches shown in the videos produce a dog and a fish. The animal takes a spot at your base and starts earning Cash — and per the developer, it keeps earning while you're offline, so what you place today is still paying you tomorrow (details in offline earnings).

That's one full cycle: climb, train, egg, place, hatch, income. The rest of the game is this same cycle with bigger numbers — more Speed, higher climbs, better eggs, more animals.

Claim the free +10K Speed

Before your first serious treadmill session, do the two-step setup the developer states outright: like the game and join its official group, 100% GRIND, and you get +10K Speed. It's a flat, stated bonus, and it's the only boost confirmed outside gameplay.

What to do with your first Cash

The official loop gives your Cash two jobs, in this order:

  1. Upgrade your income and your upgrades. A shop exists in-game; the recorded players find it right after their first hatch and pick up upgrades such as running pets and stamina, which they use to run and climb faster. What's worth buying first changes with balance patches — our best upgrades page keeps the current picture.
  2. Expand your base. When your placement spots fill up — and in the videos they fill quickly — expanding is how you keep placing animals. See how to expand base.

No prices, Cash rates or Speed rates are published by the developer, so this guide won't quote any — judge costs in game rather than from a guide.

Rebirth: know it exists before you need it

Rebirth is the final line of the official loop: rebirth to multiply your earnings and climb even farther. What it requires and what it multiplies are not published anywhere — no Speed threshold has been documented, whatever you may hear in video narration. An independent beginner checklist for the game puts it well: read up on rebirth before you use it. Start with when to rebirth.

If you came here hunting for codes

The official game description publishes no code string, and code lists for similarly named games — Jump for Animals, Jump To Steal An Egg — belong to those games, not this one. Check our Codes page instead of pasting strangers' codes.

Where to go next

Once one full cycle feels routine, the natural next stops are the animals list to see what your eggs can produce, and the progression guide for what to prioritize after the first session. But don't over-plan: load up the game, climb once, run the treadmill, grab an egg and place it at your base. You'll have your first animal on the clock before this session ends.
